KPI Green Energy Limited has secured a significant new order from Adani Group entities for execution of electrical, civil and allied works at the Khavda Hybrid Renewable Power Project in Kutch, Gujarat. The latest mandate covers a 300 MWac / 405 MWdc capacity and further strengthens KPI Green Energy’s presence in one of India’s largest renewable energy developments.
The orders have been awarded by Adani Green Energy Six Limited and Adani Green Energy Limited, both domestic entities under the Adani Group umbrella. With this addition, the total orders received by KPI Green Energy from Adani Group entities for the Khavda projects now aggregate to 834 MWac / 1,131 MWdc. This includes the earlier 534 MWac / 726 MWdc order that was disclosed to stock exchanges on January 16, 2026.
Under the scope of work, KPI Green Energy will undertake comprehensive electrical AC–DC works along with extensive civil construction activities. These include pile foundations, installation of stubs, erection of module mounting structures, solar modules, robotic cleaning system structures and IDT stations. The company will also supply electrical DC, AC and high-tension equipment, excluding the main equipment, as specified under the service orders and purchase order issued by the customer entities.
The execution of the project will be carried out in a phased manner, aligned with the timelines stipulated in the respective service orders and purchase order. The contract is not classified as a related party transaction, and there is no promoter or promoter group interest in the entities awarding the orders.
