KP Green Engineering Limited has achieved a major milestone by securing its largest-ever order win, receiving Advance Work Orders worth ₹819 crore (including GST) from Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited. The landmark orders have been awarded under the Government of India’s ambitious 4G Saturation Project / BOP-BIP and significantly strengthen the company’s position in the telecom infrastructure and EPC segment.

The orders have been divided across two strategic clusters, reflecting both scale and geographic diversity. The first Advance Work Order, valued at ₹483 crore including GST, covers Cluster C, which includes Maharashtra Circle and Goa. The second order, valued at ₹336 crore including GST, pertains to Cluster J, spanning Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Uttarakhand, and Himachal Pradesh. Together, these contracts represent a comprehensive nationwide deployment across urban, semi-urban, and challenging hilly terrains.

Under the scope of work, KP Green Engineering will act as an Infrastructure as a Service Provider, responsible for the supply and erection of Ground Based Towers, installation of allied telecom infrastructure, and long-term operations and maintenance of the sites. The O&M component will be carried out for a period of five years, with a provision for extension by an additional five years, in line with BSNL’s technical specifications and project requirements.

This order win marks a turning point in the company’s growth journey. It substantially enhances the executable order book and reinforces KP Green Engineering’s credentials as a capable partner for large-scale, complex, and geographically dispersed government infrastructure projects. The project also underlines the company’s execution strength in telecom EPC works, an area that continues to see strong policy support and sustained public sector investment.

From a sectoral perspective, the 4G Saturation Project is a critical national initiative aimed at expanding reliable mobile connectivity to uncovered and underserved regions across India. KP Green Engineering’s participation in this programme places it at the heart of India’s digital infrastructure expansion, while also creating long-term revenue visibility through the extended operations and maintenance tenure.

The company has confirmed that the orders have been awarded by a domestic entity, do not fall under related party transactions, and involve no promoter or group company interest in the awarding authority. Execution timelines will be aligned with BSNL’s project schedules as specified in the Advance Work Orders.
