Kolte-Patil Developers Limited has announced the signing of a joint development agreement for a large residential project in Bhugaon, Pune, reinforcing its focus on expanding through capital-efficient partnerships in high-growth micro-markets. The proposed development will span approximately 1.1 million sq. ft. of saleable area and carries an estimated Gross Developable Value (GDV) of around ₹850 crore.
