Kolte-Patil Developers Limited has announced the signing of a joint development agreement for a large residential project in Bhugaon, Pune, reinforcing its focus on expanding through capital-efficient partnerships in high-growth micro-markets. The proposed development will span approximately 1.1 million sq. ft. of saleable area and carries an estimated Gross Developable Value (GDV) of around ₹850 crore.

The location is strategically positioned near established premium residential markets such as Bavdhan and Kothrud, while also enjoying proximity to the Mumbai–Pune Expressway and Shivaji Nagar railway station. The upcoming project is expected to benefit from well-developed social infrastructure in the surrounding areas, including reputed schools, hospitals, shopping centres, and entertainment hubs.
