Keystone Realtors Limited, part of the Rustomjee Group and a well-known name in Mumbai’s real estate sector, has secured a significant redevelopment contract for GTB Nagar in Sion — one of the city’s largest upcoming urban transformation projects.
The company received the official Letter of Acceptance (LOA) for the project, which is being developed in collaboration with MHADA (Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority). The redevelopment will span approximately 11.19 acres (45,308 sq. meters) and aims to benefit over 1,400 families currently living in the area.
Once completed, the project is expected to generate a saleable area of nearly 20.7 lakh square feet, with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹4,521 crore.
This marks a major milestone for Keystone Realtors as it continues to strengthen its footprint in central Mumbai. The company highlighted that this project reflects its focus on community-centric development and its commitment to working with public bodies to rejuvenate the city’s aging housing stock into modern, sustainable neighbourhoods.
