Keystone Realtors Limited, which operates under the Rustomjee brand, has been appointed as the developer for a large-scale society redevelopment project in Andheri (East), Mumbai. The company will undertake the redevelopment of Om Nagar Co-operative Housing Society Federation Limited, marking another significant addition to its growing Mumbai portfolio.
The redevelopment project spans a strategically located land parcel of approximately 20,569.90 square metres in Andheri (East), one of Mumbai’s high-demand suburban markets. The project comprises eight housing societies and will involve the rehabilitation of 637 existing members.
Upon completion, the redevelopment is expected to unlock an estimated free sale potential of nearly 5 lakh sq. ft. of RERA carpet area. The project carries an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of around Rs 1,775 crore, reinforcing the scale and commercial significance of the development.
This appointment strengthens Keystone Realtors’ presence in Mumbai’s western suburbs, a region that continues to witness strong residential demand due to infrastructure upgrades, connectivity improvements, and sustained housing demand. The company has been actively expanding its redevelopment footprint, particularly in established suburban micro-markets.
