Jubilant FoodWorks Limited has renewed its exclusive franchise agreement with Domino’s Pizza International Franchising Inc., securing the rights to develop and operate Domino’s Pizza stores in India for a fresh term of 15 years. The agreement, signed on March 31, 2026, also includes an option to extend the partnership for an additional 10 years, providing long-term visibility for the company’s core business.

In addition to India, the company confirmed that its existing franchise rights for Sri Lanka and Bangladesh have also been renewed. New master franchise agreements for these markets will be executed on terms similar to the India agreement, ensuring consistency in operations and brand strategy across the region.

The renewed agreement allows Jubilant FoodWorks to continue operating as the exclusive franchisee for Domino’s across all three markets, including the rights to use the brand’s trademarks, proprietary systems, and operational processes. It also enables the company to further strengthen its supply chain and distribution infrastructure, which remains a critical component of its delivery-led business model.

The development reinforces the long-standing relationship between Jubilant FoodWorks and Domino’s global franchising arm, removing any uncertainty around franchise continuity. It also positions the company to sustain its expansion momentum in India and neighbouring markets, where demand for quick-service restaurants continues to grow.

From a strategic perspective, the renewal ensures business stability and supports future growth plans, particularly in store expansion and digital ordering. For investors, the agreement provides clarity on long-term operations under the Domino’s brand, which continues to be a key revenue driver for the company.
