Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has informed the stock exchanges about a change in its senior management following the repatriation of one of its executives.
According to an exchange filing dated March 10, Mr. Sunil Beniwal, an Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer who was serving as GGM/NZ/IRCTC, has been repatriated with effect from March 9, 2026. As a result, he has ceased to be part of the company’s senior management personnel.
Interim charge assigned
Following his repatriation, Mr. Naveen Dixit, who currently serves as GGM/IT/Projects, will hold the additional charge of GGM/NZ along with his existing responsibilities with immediate effect.
The company said the change has been made in accordance with a Railway Board directive dated March 9, 2026, and the disclosure was issued under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The filing was submitted to both the National Stock Exchange of India and the BSE for information and record.
