Insolation Energy Limited has announced a major business win through its wholly owned subsidiary, Insolation Green Energy Private Limited. The company has secured a significant sale order worth ₹143.20 crore, inclusive of GST, from Zetwerk Manufacturing Businesses Private Limited. The order is for the supply of solar modules and will be executed during the financial year 2025–26.
This development marks another step forward in Insolation Energy’s growth journey as the company continues to strengthen its position in India’s renewable energy sector. With the demand for clean energy solutions rising rapidly, the order highlights the trust leading enterprises like Zetwerk are placing in Insolation Energy’s technology and manufacturing capabilities.
The company clarified that the transaction is purely commercial in nature, with no promoter or related party involvement. The deal will contribute meaningfully to revenue visibility for the upcoming fiscal year, further supporting Insolation Energy’s expansion plans in the solar module segment.
Commenting on the achievement, Insolation Energy emphasized its focus on scaling production and meeting the evolving needs of domestic clients in the renewable energy ecosystem.
