ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited has declared an interim dividend of ₹5.50 per equity share for the financial year ending March 31, 2025. The dividend will be paid to shareholders whose names appear on the record date of October 28, 2024. The payment is expected to be completed by November 16, 2024.
Additionally, the company has approved its audited financial results for the half-year ended September 30, 2024, during its board meeting held on October 18, 2024.
In other developments, Mr. Uday Chitale, Non-Executive Independent Director, will complete his term on October 20, 2024, due to reaching the maximum age limit prescribed by the IRDAI. The board expressed its appreciation for his contributions during his tenure.
Furthermore, Mr. Alok Kumar Agarwal, Executive Director, has tendered his resignation to pursue external opportunities. His responsibilities will be transitioned to Mr. Anand Singhi, Chief Retail & Government, and Mr. Agarwal will continue in his current role until December 31, 2024.
