The board of directors of ICICI Bank has approved the re-appointment of Ajay Kumar Gupta as Executive Director of the bank for a further term of two years.
As per the regulatory disclosure, Mr. Ajay Kumar Gupta’s current tenure as Executive Director is valid until November 26, 2026. The board has unanimously approved his re-appointment for the period from November 27, 2026, to November 26, 2028.
The re-appointment is subject to approvals from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), shareholders of the bank, and any other statutory or regulatory authorities, as required under applicable regulations.
The bank also noted that both senior management re-appointments are in line with the RBI (Commercial Banks: Governance) Directions, 2025, dated November 28, 2025, and the necessary disclosures under SEBI Listing Regulations have been provided separately.
