Hindustan Zinc Limited reported its financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2024. The company recorded a total revenue of ₹8,614 crore, reflecting a 17.5% year-on-year (YoY) growth from ₹7,310 crore in Q3 FY24. On a sequential basis, revenue increased by 7.3% compared to ₹8,252 crore in Q2 FY25.
The net profit for Q3 FY25 stood at ₹2,678 crore, marking a 32% YoY increase from ₹2,028 crore in Q3 FY24. The company’s profit also rose by 15% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) from ₹2,327 crore in Q2 FY25.
For the nine months ended December 31, 2024, the company reported a cumulative revenue of ₹25,000 crore, up 20.5% YoY, while the net profit stood at ₹7,350 crore, reflecting a 28.5% YoY increase.
Hindustan Zinc’s strong performance was supported by higher zinc and lead prices, increased sales volume, and operational efficiencies. The company continues to maintain its leadership position in the zinc and lead markets, further strengthening its revenue and profitability growth trajectory.
