HFCL Limited has announced that it has secured an export order worth approximately USD 4.67 million, equivalent to around ₹42.34 crore, from a renowned international customer. The order is for the supply of optical fiber cables and will be executed by May 2026.

Order Details and Scope

As per the disclosure made under SEBI’s Master Circular dated January 30, 2026, the contract has been awarded by an international entity under general contract conditions. The scope of the order involves the supply of optical fiber cables as per the customer’s specifications.

The total order size stands at approximately USD 4.67 million, translating to nearly ₹42.34 crore. The company confirmed that the order has been received in the normal course of business.

HFCL also clarified that neither the promoter nor the promoter group or group companies have any interest in the entity awarding the contract. Additionally, the order does not fall under related party transactions.
