The Tasman District Council in New Zealand has selected HCLTech, a major global technology company, to provide contemporary digital user experiences to employees and residents of the Tasman district.
HCLTech will use Microsoft Dynamics 365 to upgrade the Tasman District Council’s digital system, resulting in more meaningful interactions between the Council’s 58,000 citizens and staff.
The new digital systems will use GenAI and automation technologies to guarantee that customer processes like service requests and application lodgments will be faster and streamlined.
