The company noted that the earlier positioning, “Born Digital. Born Agile,” had served its purpose over the past decade, particularly when digital transformation was a key differentiator. However, with AI now becoming core to business strategy across industries, the company said the updated positioning better reflects current client demand patterns and technology adoption trends .
Happiest Minds highlighted that its Generative AI Business Services (GBS) unit is working across multiple areas, including agentic AI solutions, AI-native software development, IT service management, cybersecurity, and platform modernization. The company also said it is developing an AI Service Delivery Platform aimed at combining human teams with AI agents to improve delivery speed and operational efficiency .
Industry-wise, the company indicated that healthcare, EdTech, retail, CPG, and hi-tech sectors are among those moving beyond experimentation toward longer-term AI engagements. It also outlined ongoing initiatives in healthcare-focused AI solutions, including cardiology, pediatrics, chronic disease management, and diagnostics, as well as exploratory work in AI-enabled Ayurveda .
