Gravita India Ltd. has announced the voluntary dissolution of its wholly owned subsidiary, Gravita Ghana Limited, located in the Republic of Ghana. The company stated that the dissolution was completed on March 5, 2025, and emphasized that it will have no material financial impact as the subsidiary was non-operational.
