Firstsource Solutions Ltd., part of the RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group, reported a strong set of Q4 FY26 earnings on Tuesday and issued an upbeat outlook for FY27, signalling continued momentum in demand across its business segments.

The company reported revenue of ₹2,835 million (US$ 283 million) for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, marking a 19.5% year-on-year increase.

Operating performance remained robust during the quarter, with EBIT rising 29.8% YoY to ₹3,143 million. EBIT margin stood at 12.2% of revenue, reflecting improved operational efficiency and stronger execution.

Profit after tax (PAT) came in at ₹2,052 million, up 26.9% year-on-year, while diluted earnings per share (EPS) stood at ₹2.91. The company also reported FCF/PAT conversion of 101% during the quarter.

For FY27, the company guided for constant currency revenue growth in the range of 10% to 13%. It also expects EBIT margin to remain within the 12.25% to 12.75% band, indicating confidence in sustaining profitability despite macro uncertainties.

The management highlighted strong deal momentum and client additions during the quarter. Firstsource signed four large deals in Q4FY26, taking the total number of large deals signed during FY26 to 17.

Among the key wins, the company secured mandates from a US-based global leader in financial technology solutions, a leading Australian water utility services provider, a US-based digital financial services company and a UK-based mobile virtual network operator (MVNO).

Firstsource also added 11 new logos during the quarter, including six strategic accounts. For the full financial year, the company added 47 new logos and 24 strategic accounts, more than doubling the strategic account additions recorded in FY25.

Commenting on the performance, Dr. Sanjiv Goenka, Chairman of RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group and Firstsource Solutions, said FY26 had been a defining year for the company, marked by stronger financial performance and deeper strategic relevance with clients.

He added that enterprises are increasingly moving toward integrated AI-led business models and that Firstsource’s AI-first operational platform “Kairos” positions the company to benefit from the growing adoption of agentic AI and intelligent automation.

For the full FY26, the company crossed the $1 billion annual revenue milestone. Revenue for the year stood at ₹95,564 million (US$ 1,082 million), up 19.7% year-on-year, while EBIT rose 27.4% to ₹11,221 million.

The company’s employee headcount stood at 36,205 at the end of FY26, while attrition rate was reported at 29.7%.
