B L Kashyap & Sons announced that it has secured a new work order worth ₹180 crore for a commercial building project in Bengaluru.
According to the company’s exchange filing dated May 6, 2026, the order has been awarded by Immencty Office Parks Pvt. Ltd. and pertains to civil and structural works for Century Red Oak Commercial Building Block 1 located at Shivanahalli, Yelahanka Hobli, Bengaluru.
The company said the project is domestic in nature and is expected to be executed over a period of approximately 18 months. The order value stands at ₹180 crore excluding GST.
B L Kashyap clarified that the contract does not fall under related party transactions and that the promoter or promoter group has no interest in the entity awarding the contract.
The company further informed exchanges that the letter of intent (LOI) was received and accepted on May 5, 2026 at 1:54 pm.
The latest order win is expected to strengthen the company’s order book amid continued momentum in commercial real estate and infrastructure construction activity across major urban markets.
B L Kashyap & Sons is engaged in engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services and has executed projects across commercial, residential, institutional, hospitality and industrial segments. The company has been involved in the construction of several large-scale office complexes, IT parks, malls and residential developments across India.
The Bengaluru commercial real estate market has remained one of the strongest office leasing hubs in the country, driven by technology companies, global capability centres and demand for premium office infrastructure.
