Eternal Limited has informed the stock exchanges about an upcoming board meeting to consider its latest financial performance, in line with the requirements of Regulation 29 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
The company stated that its Board of Directors will meet on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, to, among other matters, consider and approve the unaudited financial results on both a standalone and consolidated basis. These results will cover the quarter as well as the nine-month period ended December 31, 2025.
In addition to the board meeting, Eternal Limited has also announced that it will conduct an earnings conference call on the same day. The call is scheduled for 5:00 PM IST and will focus on discussing the financial results for the reported period. The earnings call is expected to provide further clarity on the company’s operational and financial performance during the December 2025 quarter and the nine months ended December 31, 2025.
