Dreamfolks Services Limited has issued a business update stating that several of its suppliers have indicated plans to discontinue services in the coming months. The company disclosed to exchanges that Adani Digital and Semolina Kitchens plan to end their partnerships effective September 15, 2025, while Encalm Hospitality has notified discontinuation effective November 1, 2025.

In response, Dreamfolks said it has formally sought reconsideration from these suppliers to ensure continuity. It has also filed a petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before the Delhi High Court seeking interim injunctions against Encalm Hospitality.

The company emphasized that as of now, services remain uninterrupted and client contracts are still active. “We continue to engage with clients to safeguard relationships and are working on other customer value propositions,” Dreamfolks stated in its filing.

Dreamfolks also acknowledged that a discontinuation of airport lounge services by these suppliers could materially impact its operations and financial performance. To mitigate risks, the company is accelerating its focus on the global lounge business while diversifying its offerings to build a more sustainable model.

This update was shared under Regulation 30 of SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR), aimed at maintaining transparency and investor awareness.
