The new delivery target was discussed in the company’s post-earnings call on November 11, 2024, where management emphasized its commitment to faster service as a core part of its operational strategy.
In line with shifting market trends, Jubilant FoodWorks noted positive growth in customer additions and order volumes, largely boosted by targeted efforts during high-demand hours from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. The company has maintained stable menu prices over the past nine quarters, compensating for waived delivery fees by implementing selective packaging charges.
