Domino’s Pizza to cut delivery time to 20 minutes: Jubilant FoodWorks

Jubilant FoodWorks, the franchise operator of Domino’s Pizza in India, announced plans to reduce delivery times from 30 minutes to 20 minutes, addressing increasing competition and evolving consumer expectations driven by the quick-commerce boom. The new delivery target was discussed in the company’s post-earnings call on November 11, 2024, where management emphasized its commitment to faster service as a core part of its operational strategy.

In line with shifting market trends, Jubilant FoodWorks noted positive growth in customer additions and order volumes, largely boosted by targeted efforts during high-demand hours from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. The company has maintained stable menu prices over the past nine quarters, compensating for waived delivery fees by implementing selective packaging charges.
