Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited has received a fresh business boost after securing a new order from Rajesh Power Services Limited, strengthening its position in the power cable manufacturing space.

The company informed exchanges that it has received a Letter of Intent from Rajesh Power Services Limited, an EPC contractor, for the supply of power cables valued at ₹57.58 crore, inclusive of GST. The order has been awarded on a kilometre-rate basis with a price variation (PV) formula, in line with standard industry practices.

As per the disclosure, the contract involves the supply of 11 KV (E) 3 Core 300 sq mm XLPE aluminium armoured cables, manufactured in accordance with UGVCL Robust 2.0 specifications.

The order has been awarded by a domestic entity and will be executed over a six-month period, starting from January 1, 2026, and concluding on June 30, 2026. The company clarified that neither the promoter nor the promoter group has any interest in Rajesh Power Services Limited, and the transaction does not fall under related party transactions.
