Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited (DICABS) has announced that it has received a major Letter of Intent (LoI) from Adani Green Energy Limited for the supply of high-voltage and medium-voltage cables for the company’s large renewable energy projects in Khavda and Rajasthan. The disclosure was made through an exchange filing on December 4, 2025.
According to the filing, the order is valued at Rs 747.64 crore (excluding GST) and includes the supply of 33kV HV cables spanning 2,126 kilometres and 3.3kV solar MV cables totalling 3,539 kilometres. The execution window for the order is scheduled from January 2026 to December 2026.
The contract has been awarded by a domestic entity and is based on a “Kms rate basis with PV formulae”, as specified in Annexure A of the company’s filing. The company also confirmed that none of its promoter group or related parties has any interest in Adani Green Energy Limited, and the transaction does not fall under related-party arrangements.
DICABS stated that the order marks a significant addition to its project pipeline, reinforcing its presence in the power cable segment across India’s fast-expanding renewable energy infrastructure.
