Den Networks Limited reported its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, showcasing a mixed performance. The company’s revenue from operations for Q1 FY26 stood at ₹241.27 crore, registering a decline of about 2.5% year-on-year compared to ₹247.53 crore in the same period last year. Sequentially, revenue was also slightly lower than ₹248.10 crore reported in the previous quarter.

Despite the dip in revenue, Den Networks delivered a strong improvement in profitability. Net profit for the quarter came in at ₹53.64 crore, marking a robust 24% increase from ₹43.29 crore in Q1 FY25, though down from ₹59.86 crore in Q4 FY25. Profit before tax was ₹64.96 crore, compared to ₹55.47 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year and ₹68.73 crore in the preceding quarter.

  • Net profit (after tax) was ₹53.64 crore, an increase of nearly 24% YoY from ₹43.29 crore and down from ₹59.86 crore in Q4 FY25.

  • Profit before tax reached ₹64.96 crore, compared to ₹68.73 crore in Q4 FY25 and ₹55.47 crore in Q1 FY25.

  • Total expenses were ₹245.20 crore, slightly lower than ₹246.32 crore in Q4 FY25 but marginally higher than ₹245.63 crore in the same quarter last year.

  • Tax expense rose to ₹11.32 crore, up from ₹1.20 crore a year ago and ₹8.87 crore in Q4 FY25.

  • Total comprehensive income stood at ₹53.72 crore, compared to ₹43.39 crore in Q1 FY25 and ₹60.20 crore in Q4 FY25.

Total income for the quarter was ₹311.95 crore, marginally higher than ₹302.73 crore reported a year earlier but stable compared to ₹312.76 crore in Q4 FY25. Total expenses stood at ₹245.20 crore, broadly in line with last year’s ₹245.63 crore and slightly below ₹246.32 crore from the previous quarter. Tax expenses rose to ₹11.32 crore from ₹1.20 crore in the same quarter last year.

The company’s total comprehensive income for the quarter was ₹53.72 crore, up from ₹43.39 crore in Q1 FY25 but lower than ₹60.20 crore in Q4 FY25. Den Networks’ ability to improve margins and deliver higher profits despite a slight drop in revenue highlights operational discipline and cost control measures.
