DEE Development Engineers Limited has received a Letter of Intent from a leading Indian Public Sector Undertaking in the power sector, marking another milestone for the company. The contract, valued at around ₹170 crore, is for the supply of approximately 1,900 metric tonnes of critical piping required for two major power projects.

The order comes with clearly defined timelines, with execution spread across nine to fifteen months depending on the project units. Project 1 Unit 1 is scheduled to be completed within twelve months of the LOI, Unit 2 within fifteen months, while Project 2 Unit 1 and the supply of pipes for FN Assembly are to be executed within nine months. Payment terms have also been structured to ensure steady cash flow, with ninety percent of the amount payable within ninety days from the date of site acknowledgment and acceptance of materials, and the balance ten percent due within ninety days of completing the purchase order.

The deal reflects DEE Development Engineers’ strong credentials in delivering high-value engineering solutions to India’s power sector. With no related party transactions involved and no promoter interests linked to the awarding entity, the contract reinforces the company’s independent standing and reliability as a trusted partner for large-scale projects.
