Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited has introduced its new high-speed induction fan, named ‘Highspeed Santos’, to the Indian market. Available in two sizes, 48” and 36” sweep, the product is targeted at domestic consumers. While the launch is not considered material, it has been disclosed as part of the company’s commitment to good corporate governance practices.
This disclosure is made in line with SEBI’s regulations, under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company emphasized that the product launch has not crossed the materiality threshold but was still reported to ensure transparency.
As of 3:21 pm today, Crompton Greaves shares were trading 0.052% higher at ₹441.55 on the NSE.
