Ceigall India Ltd. has announced the cancellation of its ₹207 crore road construction tender for a project in Jharkhand. The decision was made due to administrative reasons, as stated by the State Highways Authority of Jharkhand.
This follows a previous notification dated October 15, 2024, regarding the tender. The cancellation is in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, which mandates such updates.
In the exchange filing, the company shared, “In furtherance to our earlier Letter dated October 15, 2024 for the project “Construction of 4 Lane elevated road from near Sahajanand Chowk to near Judge Colony, Ranchi (Approximate Length 3.00 Km.) in the State of Jharkhand” , this is to inform you that the Company has received a letter (Tender Ref. No. SHAJ/Proc/CW/Sahajanand Chowk- Judge Colony/2024/712 Ranchi), dated 13.12.2024 from State Highways Authority of Jharkhand informing that Tender Id No. 2024_SHAJ_90231_1 for subject project (having awarded value of Rs. 207 Crores) has been cancelled due to administrative reasons as per cited clause of RFP.”
