Ceigall India Limited has received a significant boost in its renewable energy portfolio after securing a major solar power project in Madhya Pradesh. The company has been awarded a Letter of Award (LOA) dated February 09, 2026, by Rewa Ultra Mega Solar Limited, for the development of Unit 1 with a capacity of 220 MW at Morena Solar Park.

As per the disclosure made under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the project is a tariff-based solar power project integrated with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). This structure strengthens grid stability and supports round-the-clock renewable power supply, aligning with India’s long-term clean energy goals.

The project has been awarded by a domestic entity, and the scope of work involves the complete development of the solar unit at the Morena Solar Park in Madhya Pradesh. The construction phase is scheduled to be completed within 24 months, followed by an operational period of 25 years, ensuring long-term revenue visibility for Ceigall India.

Ceigall India has quoted a tariff of ₹2.70 per kWh for the project. The approximate project value stands at ₹1,700 crore, including GST, making it one of the company’s most sizeable renewable energy contracts to date. This order meaningfully enhances the company’s order book and reinforces its presence in large-scale solar infrastructure projects.

The company has also clarified that neither the promoter nor the promoter group has any interest in Rewa Ultra Mega Solar Limited. Additionally, the contract does not fall under related party transactions, confirming that the award has been received on a purely commercial and arm’s-length basis.
