Capacit’e Infraprojects Limited has received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from Indus Co-operative Housing Society for a new construction project in Mumbai. The contract is valued at ₹295 crore, excluding GST.
The scope of work includes the construction of Residential Building No. 02 and Residential with Allied Commercial Building No. 01. The project is located at CS No. 2/4, Saltpan Division, Shivadi – Chembur Road, Wadala, Mumbai-31.
