Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL), a key player in India’s defence manufacturing sector, has secured a significant contract worth ₹4,362.23 crore from the Ministry of Defence. This agreement involves the supply of advanced armaments to the Indian Armed Forces, further strengthening the nation’s defence capabilities.
The contract, awarded by the Indian Armed Forces, underscores the government’s commitment to bolstering indigenous defence production under the “Make in India” initiative. In the meantime, Bharat Dynamics’ shares opened at ₹1,315.60 today, reaching a high of ₹1,348.10 and a low of ₹1,304.75. The stock remains significantly below its 52-week high of ₹1,794.70 but well above its 52-week low of ₹836.50.
