This deal, valued at USD 40 million (approximately INR 340 Crores), involves the supply of critical, highly complex rotating and stationary components to meet the growing global demand for nuclear energy.
In the exchange filing, the company shared, “AZAD Engineering has signed a supply agreement with Arabelle Solutions France, a French Company, for the supply of critical and highly complex rotating and stationary components to meet the global demand in the nuclear power generation industry. The value of this supply agreement, for its entire term, is valued at – USD ($) 40 million IINR – 340 Crores). This rrppty agreement has initiated a strategic collaboration with Arabelle Solutions France.”
The agreement spans five years and reinforces Azad Engineering’s position in the global nuclear industry. Importantly, there is no related party transaction involved, and both parties are independent entities. This partnership strengthens Azad Engineering’s international footprint and commitment to advanced technologies for sustainable energy solutions.
