AXISCADES Technologies Ltd. announced that its subsidiary, Mistral Solutions Pvt. Ltd., has secured a significant order from the Combat Aircraft Systems Development & Integration Centre (CASDIC), DRDO, Ministry of Defence.
The contract, awarded under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, is for the development of 10 Electronic Control Units (ECUs) for the cooling system as part of the Su-30MKI upgrade programme.

Contract Value: Estimated at Rs 150 crore, including Rs 3 crore for design and development and the rest for production.
The Bengaluru-headquartered company noted that the deal marks a major milestone in strengthening its aerospace and defence portfolio. Importantly, this is a domestic order, and the company clarified that neither promoters nor group companies have any interest in the awarding entity, and the contract does not fall under related-party transactions.
This upgrade for the Su-30MKI combat aircraft, one of the backbones of the Indian Air Force fleet, is expected to play a key role in modernisation efforts.
