Awfis Space Solutions Limited, India’s largest flexible workspace provider, has secured a new mandate to design, build, and manage over 1.65 lakh sq ft of office space for the National Stock Exchange (NSE) at Adani Inspire in Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai. This service agreement expands Awfis’ footprint in BKC, where it already operates a coworking center. Awfis will deliver customized workspace solutions to meet NSE’s specific needs, aligning with its mission to enhance client satisfaction through tailored offerings.

The Adani Inspire building, situated in Mumbai’s bustling business hub, is strategically connected to the Aqua Line of the Underground Metro and Bandra suburban station, offering convenient access to commercial and social amenities. The deal, facilitated by Rounak Real Estate Consultants, reinforces Awfis’ leadership in flexible office solutions, enabling businesses to grow within scalable, adaptable environments.
