AU Small Finance Bank has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on Saturday, July 19, 2025, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 (Q1 FY26).
The results will be subject to a limited review by the joint statutory auditors, the bank said in an exchange filing on Monday.
In line with SEBI’s Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015, the bank has already closed its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives starting from July 1, 2025, and it will remain closed until July 21, 2025. During this period, designated persons are not allowed to trade in the securities of the bank.
The bank had earlier informed the exchanges about the closure of the trading window via its communication dated June 30, 2025.
The outcome of the board meeting and detailed quarterly results will be shared with the stock exchanges after the meeting concludes on July 19.
