Ashoka Buildcon Limited announced it has received the Commercial Operations Date (CoD) certificate for a stretch of 39.07 kilometers of its Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) project under the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). The project involves the development of a six-lane access-controlled greenfield highway on the Baswantpur to Singondi section of NH 150 C, as part of the BharatMala Pariyojana initiative.

Executed by Ashoka Baswantpur Singondi Road Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ashoka Buildcon, the project spans a total of 40.6 kilometers. With the CoD certificate, the SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) is now eligible to receive annuity payments from NHAI every six months over a 15-year operational period starting from September 15, 2024.
