Ashoka Buildcon Limited has announced that it has received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from the City & Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra Limited (CIDCO) for an infrastructure project valued at ₹1,673.25 crore, excluding GST. The project was awarded to Ashoka Buildcon’s joint venture, in which it is the lead member.
The project involves the integrated infrastructure development of roads over 20 meters wide, along with the construction of various major and minor structures such as flyovers, bridges, and underpasses (VUPs and PUPs). It also includes allied electrical works, including street lighting, under the NAINA Project in TPS-10 and TPS-11. The project will be executed on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) basis.
Ashoka Buildcon has committed to completing the project within 1,460 days, including the monsoon period, from the commencement date. The company has informed stock exchanges of the development, in line with SEBI’s disclosure requirements.
