Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Limited (ASPHL) has signed two hotel management agreements as part of its expansion in India.

The first project is THE Park Jaipur, which is being developed in partnership with the Goyal Group from Indore. The hotel will be located in Kukas, a culturally rich area near Jaipur’s popular landmarks. Spread over 18,000 square metres, the hotel will have 150 rooms and is expected to serve both leisure and business travellers. It will also include a wellness centre and food and beverage outlets, and aims to attract weddings and conferences.

The second property will bring the company’s midscale brand Zone by The Park to Govardhan in Uttar Pradesh. This 75-room hotel is being positioned for travellers looking for affordable and well-designed accommodation. It will include facilities like banquet halls, a pool, a spa, and an all-day dining space. The hotel is located close to religious sites like Mathura and Vrindavan.

These two additions are part of ASPHL’s ongoing efforts to grow its hotel portfolio across India.
