AXISCADES Technologies Ltd has informed the exchanges that Altera Corporation, the world’s largest pure-play FPGA solutions provider, has signed an agreement to expand its strategic partnership with the company for the development of mission-critical defence applications. The update was disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
According to the filing, the announcement regarding the expanded collaboration was published by Altera Corporation on Morningstar’s website, detailing the scope of the enhanced partnership.
AXISCADES stated that the partnership expansion reflects Altera’s decision to strengthen its engagement with the company in advanced defence-related engineering and technology development.
