Coal India has successfully commissioned a 100 MW solar power plant in , marking a significant milestone in its renewable energy initiatives. The commissioning certificate was received from the (GEDA) on 4th May 2026, confirming that the plant became operational as of 31st March 2026.

Located in the village of Bhadramali, in the Deesa Taluka of Banaskantha district, the solar power plant is part of ‘s strategic move to diversify its energy portfolio and contribute to sustainable energy production. The project aligns with the company’s commitment to reducing its carbon footprint and supporting India’s renewable energy goals.

This development is in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations 2015, which mandates the disclosure of significant events to the stock exchanges.
