Axis Bank has launched a unified suite of AI-powered compliance transformation solutions for Current Account customers, aimed at simplifying regulatory processes such as ReKYC and business profile updates. The bank said the offerings include an AI-powered ReKYC solution and an AI-driven Digital Business Profile Update Service, enabling faster and paperless compliance journeys for businesses.

The Digital Business Profile Update Service allows customers to update business details such as Nature of Business through an end-to-end digital process. Using Generative AI and real-time GST filing data, the system predicts and assigns occupation codes from over 3,000 options, eliminating manual paperwork and branch visits.

Axis Bank said the solution offers instant submissions and improved accuracy for customers, while reducing operational workload and errors for frontline teams. The bank added that the platform integrates large language models (LLMs) with GST intelligence to strengthen compliance controls and improve efficiency.
