Ajmera Realty & Infra India Limited has accepted the resignation of Mr. Dinesh Mutha, AVP—Accounts and Taxation, designated as Senior Managerial Personnel. He has been relieved from his position with effect from March 31, 2026, after the closure of business hours.
Mutha submitted his resignation on November 21, 2025, citing his intention to pursue a completely different role as part of his strategic career growth. In his resignation letter, he stated that the decision came after considerable thought and reflection on his career trajectory.
The company has confirmed that there are no material reasons for the resignation other than those stated by Mutha. The notification has been filed with both the BSE and NSE in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Mutha expressed his appreciation for the trust placed in him by the organisation during his tenure. He acknowledged the sense of belonging he had developed within Ajmera Realty & Infra India Limited and thanked the company’s leadership for their support throughout his employment.
