AIA Engineering Limited has announced its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2026. The company reported a total income of ₹437,740.86 lakh for the financial year 2025-26, marking a significant increase from the previous year’s total income of ₹396,152.42 lakh.
The revenue from the sale of products for the year stood at ₹369,854.03 lakh, compared to ₹342,564.41 lakh in the previous year. Other operating revenue contributed ₹6,431.59 lakh to the total income, while other income amounted to ₹61,455.24 lakh.
In terms of expenses, AIA Engineering reported a total expenditure of ₹276,840.75 lakh for the year, up from ₹264,106.10 lakh in the previous year. The cost of materials consumed was ₹163,864.67 lakh, and employee benefits expense was ₹13,858.26 lakh.
The company also announced the re-appointment of Mr. Bhadresh Kantilal Shah as Managing Director for a five-year term starting 1 October 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, the Board has recommended a dividend of ₹16 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26, pending approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting scheduled for 15 September 2026.
The record date for determining the entitlement of members to receive the dividend is set for 5 September 2026, with the dividend payment expected on or before 14 October 2026, subject to tax deductions.
