Adani Green Energy has successfully operationalised an aggregate of 510.1 MW power projects at Khavda, Gujarat through its various stepdown subsidiaries. This development marks a significant milestone for the company, as it boosts its total operational renewable generation capacity to 17,982.3 MW.
The decision to operationalise these plants was made at 10.58 p.m. on March 22, 2026, following the receipt of the relevant clearances. Consequently, power generation commenced on the same day, enhancing the company’s renewable energy footprint.
The projects, detailed in Annexure A of the announcement, include various solar and wind projects. Adani Green Energy Twenty Six B Limited has operationalised 125 MW of solar and 16 MW of hybrid projects. Adani Green Energy Twenty Four Limited has added 150 MW of solar capacity. Adani Hybrid Energy Jaisalmer Five Limited has contributed 2.6 MW of wind and 54 MW of hybrid projects. Additionally, Adani Solar Energy Jodhpur Six Limited has operationalised 25 MW of solar capacity, while Adani Green Energy Twenty Six A Limited has added 137.5 MW of wind capacity.
This expansion aligns with Adani Green Energy’s strategic goals to increase its renewable energy capacity and contribute to sustainable energy solutions. The operationalisation of these projects underscores the company’s commitment to advancing India’s renewable energy sector.
