This development follows the earlier issuance of a letter of intent to Adani Enterprises, marking it as the successful resolution applicant in the insolvency process of Jaiprakash Associates. The resolution plan may be implemented by Adani Enterprises or its associated entities, including Adani Power Limited and Adani Infra (India) Limited, among others.
