Acme Solar Holdings Limited, through its wholly owned subsidiary ACME Sun Power Private Limited, has successfully commissioned the third phase of its Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project in Rajasthan. This phase adds a capacity of 33.333 MW/160.51 MWh to the project, which is located in Village Badi Sid, Tehsil-Bap, Dist: Phalodi and Jodhpur.
The commercial operation date for this newly commissioned phase is set for April 2, 2026. With the completion of this phase, ACME Sun Power Private Limited has now achieved a total commissioned capacity of 100.003 MW/481.500 MWh out of the planned 300 MW/1409.34 MWh for the entire project.
This development follows previous updates on March 6 and March 12, 2026, regarding the progress of the BESS project. The project is part of Acme Solar‘s ongoing efforts to expand its renewable energy infrastructure in India.
