Bhor, directed by Kamakhya Narayan Singh, has been unveiled on MX player for streaming. The film is about the Musahar community in Bihar. The film showcases strong shades of women empowerment and highlights sanitation issues of rural India.
In an exclusive interview with director Kamakhya Narayan Singh talks about the film and reveals that as a filmmaker and student of social work, he had a chance to travel the world and India. He even got to learn about different society their cultures.
Singh also revealed, “Every step was challenging apart from finding producer, for people finding producer is a big task but for me finding producer was easy, it’s because Anjani Kumar Singh was a family friend.” The movie has also released in different film festivals in Indian as well as worldwide.
Further, he adds that every feel is a commercial film because money goes into making it. Bhor has lesser-known stars but they are passionate actor.
He shares that he is already working on his next film and it’s a geo-political film on Kashmir.
