HCL Technologies has announced its financial results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, revealing a significant revenue increase. The company reported an INR revenue of ₹130,144 crore, marking an 11.2% year-on-year growth. In constant currency terms, the revenue rose by 3.9%.

The company’s USD revenue stood at $14,664 million, up 6.0% from the previous year. HCLTech Services saw a constant currency revenue growth of 4.8%, while HCLSoftware’s constant currency revenue declined by 4.1%. The annualised advanced AI revenue reached $620 million.

In terms of profitability, reported an EBIT of ₹22,397 crore, which is 17.2% of the revenue, showing a 4.6% increase. The EBIT margin, excluding restructuring costs, was 17.9%. The net income was ₹17,361 crore, representing 13.3% of the revenue, slightly down by 0.2%. The diluted EPS was ₹64.01, a marginal decline of 0.1%.

The company maintained a robust return on invested capital (ROIC), with the overall ROIC at 40.3%, up 235 basis points, and the services segment at 47.0%, up 155 basis points. The free cash flow to net income ratio stood at 107%.

HCL Technologies declared a full-year dividend of ₹60 per share, with a payout ratio of 97.6% for FY26.

Looking ahead to FY27, the company expects revenue growth to be between 1.0% and 4.0% year-on-year in constant currency, with services revenue growth projected between 1.5% and 4.5%. The EBIT margin is anticipated to range from 17.5% to 18.5%.
