IKS Health and Certilytics have announced an expansion of their strategic partnership aimed at bridging the gap between payers and providers through the integration of agentic AI and human oversight. The collaboration focuses on reducing administrative friction, enhancing member engagement, and delivering price transparency.
The partnership integrates Certilytics’ BrainstormAI® Studio and CertHLM™ with the IKS Health Agentic Care Enablement Platform. This ecosystem allows AI agents to manage complex tasks like prior authorization and patient outreach, under continuous human oversight. Sachin K. Gupta, Founder and Global CEO of IKS Health, emphasised the importance of responsible AI in healthcare, stating that the partnership connects payer rules and provider workflows through predictive analytics.
The collaboration initially targets three strategic use cases: prior authorization transparency, member engagement, and consumer price transparency. These initiatives aim to automate over 70% of prior authorization workflows, scale proactive clinical connections, and provide financial outlooks at the point of care.
Merle A. Ryland, CEO of Certilytics, expressed excitement about the partnership, highlighting the potential of generative AI capabilities to bring together providers, health plans, payers, and plan sponsors. Robert Dwyer, Ph.D., Chief Data Scientist of Certilytics, noted the creation of practical AI tools through collaboration with IKS Health over the past two years.
IKS Health, founded in 2006, is recognised for its AI-driven RCM services and partners with major health systems across the United States. Certilytics is a leader in health data and predictive analytics, helping organisations identify cost-saving opportunities and improve outcomes.
