AXISCADES Technologies Limited has secured a significant defence supply order through its wholly owned subsidiary, Mistral Solutions Private Limited. The order has been awarded by Hindustan Aeronautics Limited and involves the supply of Mission Computers and Smart Display Units over multiple years.
The development was disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, in line with the latest SEBI circular dated November 11, 2024. According to the regulatory filing, the contract value is estimated at around ₹80 crore.
The order is domestic in nature and falls under a supply contract. Execution is planned over a multi-year period, reflecting a long-term engagement between Mistral Solutions and HAL. The Mission Computer and Smart Display Units are critical avionics components used in advanced aerospace and defence platforms, reinforcing AXISCADES’ presence in India’s defence electronics ecosystem.
The company clarified that neither the promoter nor the promoter group has any interest in the entity awarding the contract. It was also confirmed that the transaction does not fall under related party transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory and governance norms.
