BLS International Services Ltd delivered a strong set of financial results for the third quarter, reporting robust growth across key performance indicators, led by higher volumes and improved operational traction across geographies.
For Q3, the company posted a net profit of ₹162.7 crore, registering a healthy year-on-year growth of 34.8% compared with ₹120.7 crore in the same period last year. The sharp rise in profitability highlights sustained demand for visa, consular, and citizen service operations despite a challenging global macro environment.
Revenue from operations stood at ₹736.5 crore during the quarter, marking a solid 43.6% YoY increase over ₹513 crore reported in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The strong topline growth reflects higher application volumes and expansion of service offerings across markets.
At the operating level, EBITDA came in at ₹198 crore, up 25% YoY from ₹158 crore in Q3 of the previous fiscal. While operating profit continued to grow, EBITDA margin moderated to 26.9% compared with 30.8% last year, indicating the impact of higher operating costs and investments to support growth.
