Brigade Enterprises Limited announced its financial results for the third quarter, reporting a mixed performance with steady revenue growth but pressure on profitability.
For Q3, the company posted a consolidated net profit of ₹186.5 crore, marking a decline of 21% compared to ₹236.2 crore in the same quarter last year. The drop in profit came despite a healthy rise in topline, indicating margin and cost-related pressures during the quarter.
Revenue for the period increased by 7.6% year-on-year to ₹1,575 crore, up from ₹1,464 crore in Q3 of the previous financial year. The growth reflects continued traction across the company’s core real estate and allied businesses, supported by stable demand conditions.
EBITDA stood at ₹411 crore, marginally lower by 0.7% compared to ₹414 crore reported a year ago. As a result, EBITDA margin narrowed to 26.10% from 28.30% in the corresponding quarter last year.
Overall, Brigade Enterprises’ Q3 performance shows resilience on the revenue front, while profitability remained under pressure.
